I do prefer to use EMAIL as it's the best way for me to communicate: [email protected] If need be, my telephone number is: (207) 807 -0774. There is a high chance we will play phone tag if you call!  I will always get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.  

I see clients Tuesday - Friday, usually between the hours of 11 am - 6 pm. 

Please note that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy which means if I do not receive communication of intent to cancel within 24 hours of a session, the session cost will need to be paid before scheduling another session.  My time is precious, and I'm sure yours is, too!
